McConnell Dowell partnered with Mott MacDonald and Arup as a bid consortium. The team understood the significant strategic importance of securing the project and approached BRS to develop a winning bid strategy from the commencement of the EOI phase to maximise the bid team’s prospects of securing the contract. BRS continued to support the bid team throughout the RFT resulting in them being awarded the project.
