Fletcher Construction sought assistance around the strengthening of pivotal client relationships and the expansion of the organisations capacity to increase its pipeline of work. This was done through requesting a review of their winning work strategy, team and structures.

Strategic review conducted of bid team including internal and external consultation, review of background materials and facilitation of workshops to assist with implementation of recommendations.

Internal interviews and multiple workshops conducted in conjunction with external stakeholder interviews;
Diagnostic survey implemented to consult with staff and further identify relevant issues and current state analysis along with recommendations for improvement;
High level strategic review conducted which identified key findings and development of summary report containing implementation plan to leverage future growth and alignment with key clients; and
Facilitation of team sessions to assist with implementation of recommendations from report.
