BRS worked with the Northern Corridor JV to provide bid strategy, facilitation and coaching services. This also included facilitating development of team culture, tools to entice collaborative behaviours.

Why they approached us

The team approached us to provide high performance bid services that included High Performance Alliance Coaching and Facilitation of establishment, foundation, leadership and a range of alignment, team development, role clarity, partnering and collaboration workshops.

BRS provided advice on how to prepare for and maximise outcomes of the interactive client meetings, developed a high performance plan to ensure alignment of activities and guide team success.

During the process Myer-Briggs tools were used for team development and diagnostics and BRS facilitated the development of key messages and a win strategy.

Bid coaching services were provided to the Bid Director, Alliance Project Manager and other bid team personnel, and BRS also assisted with peer reviews of bid submission documents and relevant project documentation.
