Having worked with the New Zealand Transport Agency on various projects, BRS began working with NZTA to develop their leaders through undertaking executive coaching and team development workshops. We worked with various teams within NZTA to establish a greater understanding of each other and individual working styles to improve their relationships by improved partnering and collaboration and increasing their focus on their internal and external customers.
Our Human Synergistics and MBTI accredited consultants conducted one-on-one coaching with many of NZTA‘s senior management and Executive staff utilising the Life Styles Inventory (LSI) 1 and 2 to understand their individual leadership style by assessing their thoughts and motivations that guide their behaviour, and the MBTI to help our leaders and teams work more effectively together through improved understanding their colleague’s preferences and working styles.
We have added significant value to NZTA through their membership of our online coaching program easygovernment, which enables us to combine our face-to-face or traditional delivery with online resources and engagement, pre and post our workshops. Combining our facilitation services with content within the easygovernment portal provides deeper engagement and knowledge retention through blended learning, as well as flexibility (available 24/7) and cost reduction for geographically dispersed teams as they can log in from their computer to review resources or attend educational webinars at any time.
