BRS have partnered with the City of Tea Tree Gully to provide leadership development and strategic direction to support both the organisation, and the CEO through an organisational restructure. By undertaking the design and facilitation of leadership development programs at the Executive, Management and Team Leader level, BRS understood the need to ensure that each program was customised to suit the requirements and different learning needs of each level in the organisation.
A fast tracked leadership program was also developed which has enabled newly appointed managers to fast track their learnings so that they are on the same page as other managers within the organisation. Individual coaching was undertaken by using the Human Synergistics LSI 1 and 2 tool to embed constructive practices throughout the organisation. Various team development workshops have been rolled out across the organisation on an as needed basis to further complement the challenges and requirements that have been identified throughout the executive and management leaders’ journey.
