Development of an Alliance leadership program offered as face to face and virtual interactive sessions for all leaders on the Alliance at all levels.

Why they approached us

The purpose of the Alliance leadership program was to build the capability and capacity of all leaders across the Alliance as well as creating a constructive high performance Alliance environment for staff.

Issue 1 - Alignment and identification of leadership capability and framework for all leaders on the Alliance

Issue 2 - Identification of interactive lunch n learn topics on all areas of leadership required in the Alliance

Issue 3 - Facilitation that covers both a virtual and face to face environment that caters for a variety of learning preferences

BRS solution:

BRS co-designed with the Alliance an interactive and engaging leadership program that was built around the Alliance leadership framework and the capabilities we required from our leaders across the Alliance. The topics are listed within our lunch n learn series

The program achieved:

Development of a leadership capability framework;
Development of a leadership competency checklist to check in on how leaders are tracking against these competencies;
Design of 12 interactive lunch n learn sessions delivered face to face and virtually ;
Development of tools and frameworks to support the application of the learnings post the training; and
Review and debrief process assessing the effectiveness of the training.
