Auckland Transport is responsible for all of the regions transport services (excluding state highways), from roads and footpaths, to cycling, parking and public transport. The Strategic Programmes team look to support Auckland’s future growth by addressing the need for increased capacity and quality of transport systems.

Why they approached us

BRS was approached to embed a high performance approach within the Strategic Programmes team to ensure that each of their projects are successfully and efficiently delivered in a programmed manner. BRS have a unique understanding of the challenges faced when delivering major projects as well as a solid understanding of the behaviours and values that are required to function optimally as a collaborative high performing team.

Facilitation of vision and team workshops allowing teams to gain clarity and understanding of AT’s strategic vision, individual roles and responsibilities and to align on the development of aligned behaviours in the building of a high performing team
PMO and projects team workshop to further align on collective outcomes and success and identification of challenges and opportunities contributing to the successful delivery of the projects
Quarterly planning days to ensure that the team are on track to successfully deliver on their projects and one team approach
