The Western Sydney Project Office (WSPO) is responsible for the government’s 10-year road investment program for Western Sydney. The programme is designed to support the future growth of Western Sydney and will involve upgrades and expansions of major roads and other transport infrastructure.

Why they approached us

Due to the complexity and significance of the program, RMS understood that external support was required to ensure the team was united and performing at an optimal level.
