BRS facilitated a workshop with key stakeholders to explore and align on a preferred procurement model. A high level review of the Procurement Recommendation Post Business Case Review was conducted and a summary procurement recommendation report.

BRS also provided procurement support through the project including the facilitation of various workshops and peer review of key documents.
