The Town of Gawler is a rapidly growing local Government Authority undergoing transition from being a regional council in Adelaide to a large metropolitan council. This is creating significant demand for new infrastructure and raising community expectations around service levels.


Why they approached us

BRS was engaged to leverage our knowledge of Local Government combined with our experience in Infrastructure planning, as well as our understanding of the Human Synergistics model. The client was also looking for a clear report with recommendations that could be actioned and implemented by the Council.

BRS adopted a unique approach to this review in that we used traditional process improvement methodologies and combined this with a workshop based approach to ensure staff and management were engaged and part of the journey.
