Peter specialises within our Organisation and Process Improvement and Project Governance service lines, assisting organisations and project groups with their business and strategic planning requirements to ensure clear, sustainable pathways to objectives are implemented. Peter has had 15 years senior management experience in the public sector, including more than 5 years as Chief Executive of one of the largest councils in South Australia. In this role Peter was responsible for fundamental changes in operating strategy, accompanied by significant sustained improvements in financial performance, service delivery, staff morale, retention and organisational culture. Peter has had extensive experience dealing with ministers in federal and state governments, boards, chief executives and senior management in business and the public sector. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics with Honours, both from the University of Adelaide.
