Nicole has worked in the consulting environment for the past 20 years and as one of the founders of BRS, she knows what it takes to build the foundations of a successful business. Nicole specialises in business improvement, business planning and strategy, and is passionate about educating others to improve their organisations and projects. She also has a knack for systemising and automating processes across all areas of a business and is an expert at outsourcing and managing geographically dispersed teams.
In addition to Nicole’s strong business and commercial background, she has extensive project management experience and manages the operations at BRS which includes IT, HR, marketing and finance.
