Kym has extensive experience in both the government and infrastructure industries. He specialises in collaborative contracting on large infrastructure projects, where he helps multi-organisation project teams to bid and deliver high performance projects to their clients. This is focused on large bids and projects that require a strong focus on bringing different organisations to work as one team as well as connecting to what their customers want from their supply chain.
Kym also specialises in driving strategic initiatives within organisations where clients are looking for challenge and disruptive thinking in developing solutions to challenging problems. This is complimented by a commercial mindset focused on outcomes that improve the profitability and performance of organisations. Kym also coaches game changes in infrastructure focusing on developing themselves, their people and their projects to deliver outstanding outcomes to their clients.
Before founding BRS, he was the General Manager for an international engineering and infrastructure company where he was responsible for transforming the culture and profitability of the business.
