Brett is a results driven Portfolio, Program and Project Advisor who is known for undertaking a strategic, analytical approach to maximising outcomes for operations and organisations, whilst still ensuring a customer centric focus.  Brett is passionate about harnessing the combined power of people, process and technology to ensure that his clients have the right strategy, systems and solutions in place to deliver continuous business performance improvement.

With extensive experience across a broad range of sectors and portfolios including engineering, IT, government, major private enterprise, electricity, marketing and viticulture, Brett can assist clients with strategy development, governance and program setup through to implementation with hands on project and technology solution selection and delivery.  He has managed programs delivering large scale customer portals and enterprise systems, critical infrastructure and business transformation.  His solution focused mindset and strength in building relationships enables him to easily engage and foster a collaborative environment with a variety of stakeholders from government ministers, board members and CEOs through to technical engineers and project staff, turning any levels of complexity into reality.
