Alf is a business improvement and change management expert. Specialising in the development of high performing cultures through leadership & team development, process improvement, sales & revenue generation and organisational change, he brings a dynamic and experienced approach to both facilitation and coaching.

Working across a diverse range of industries, Alf supports teams of all sizes in understanding human thinking, personality type, values identification, emotional Intelligence and interpersonal effectiveness.

He has a unique ability to break down layers and ‘get to the heart’ of both individual and team issues. This involves working with clients to help them understand why they do what they do, what impact this has on themselves and others and developing actionable plans to ensure accountability and progress.
