Tender Evaluation Committee Training

The purpose of this training is to:

• Understand the importance of the supply chain and why it matters
• Outline better engagement strategies with the supply chain through understanding their preferences
• Work through the composition of tender evaluation teams and how to structure them to deliver better commercial outcomes through an understanding of preferences and role clarity
• Provide an overview of multi-criteria analysis, risk allocation and service providers business models
• Learn how to design better tender documents from the start of the procurement process to improve value for money outcomes from service providers

This course will be delivered as 3 x 120min modules over 1 day.
