Project Alliance Board Training
The purpose of this training is to:
- Work through your role as a Project Alliance Board (PAB) member on projects and why it is important
- Understand the PAB’s roles and responsibilities and how this links with the Alliance Management Team (AMT) roles and governance requirements
- Discuss what leadership and management means and how this relates to being an effective PAB
- How you set up for success; being proactive with your PAB and project team around vision, values, objectives, Key Result Areas and other key frameworks
- Identify what effective meetings look like including issue resolution, reporting, accountability and role clarity
- Explore the importance of relationships with the AMT, PAB members and project team and how you develop and deliver constructive outcomes
- Hear from an effective Project Board Chair person and what success looks like for a project and PAB
- Work through commercial scenarios relevant to PAB members drawn from case studies
This course will be delivered as 3 x 120min modules over 1 day.
