Frequently Asked Questions

How do I attend the training?

The training will be facilitated virtually using Zoom. Access links will be provided by BRS prior to the course commencement once your registration has been received.  The training is facilitated live, with breakout groups to encourage collaboration amongst participants.  Each course is broken into a series of modules over the course dates.

What if I can’t attend one of the modules?

If for any reason you need to miss one of the modules within the course, you will be able to watch the recording which will be uploaded into the BRS Learning Management System at the conclusion of the course.  You will not be able to attend the module from a different course date.

Am I able to re-watch the training?

The training will be recorded for upload into the Learning Management System. This recording can only be accessed by course participants. By registering for this course you consent to this recording.

How many people will be in the course?

To encourage maximum collaboration and interaction between participants, a maximum of 20 participants is allowed per course.  A minimum of 15 participants will be required for the course to proceed.

How can I pay for a course?

Payment will be via credit card through the trybooking system. Invoices can be raised, please contact enquiries@brsresults.com if this is required.

What if the course gets cancelled?

A minimum of 15 participants will be required for the course to proceed with a maximum of 20 participants per course. Should minimum numbers not be reached, attendees will be offered an alternative date or a refund will be provided. The decision on whether a course will proceed will be communicated a minimum of 14 days prior to course commencement.

I can no longer attend the course.  Can I change to a different date?

We are happy to transfer registrations to a different course date or facilitate a refund (less booking and administration fee of $275 inc GST) provided at least 8 days notice is provided.  Please contact enquiries@brsresults.com to discuss. No refunds/cancellations or transfer of registrations will be offered 7 days prior to course commencement.

How do I know which course is right for me to attend?

In the first instance, please refer to the course criteria table which outlines the required prior experience. If you are still unsure, please contact us at enquiries@brsresults.com. BRS reserve the right to contact participants ahead of training to confirm their experience to ensure they meet the required course criteria. This is important to ensure a high quality experience and outcomes for all participants on the training course.

What do I get at the end of the course?

You will continue to have access to the BRS Learning Management System which includes recordings of each of the training modules, slides, agendas, additional tools, templates and resources and course quiz to achieve your certificate of completion.
