Owner Interface Manager Training
The purpose of this training is to:
- Introduce Alliancing and the integration of the Owner Interface Manager (OIM) roles within the Alliance and other procurement models team
- Understand the role and value proposition of the OIM and contractor/consultant representatives on an Alliance or other procurement model, what this means for your organisation and some of the challenges we face
- Ensure effective governance of an Alliance or other procurement model and why it is important
- Learn what resources are available to use as an OIM
This course will be delivered as 2 x 120min modules over 1 day.
