Alliance Manager Training

The purpose of this training is to:

  • Work through your role as an Alliance Management (AMT) member on projects and why it is important
  • Understand the AMT’s roles and responsibilities and how this links with the the Project Alliance Board (PAB) roles and governance requirements
  • Discuss what leadership and management means and how this relates to being an effective AMT
  • How you set up for success; being proactive with your AMT/PAB relationships and project team around vision, values, objectives, Key Result Areas and other key frameworks
  • Identify what effective meetings look like including issue resolution, reporting, accountability and role clarity
  • Explore the importance of relationships with the AMT, PAB members and project team and how you develop and deliver constructive outcomes
  • Hear from an effective Alliance Director and what success looks like for a project and AMT
  • Work through commercial scenarios relevant to AMT members drawn from case studies

This course will be delivered as 3 x 120min modules over 1 day.
