Alliancing 101 Training
The purpose of this training is to:
- Introduce Alliancing and when to use an Alliance vs a different procurement model
- Provide an insight into Alliancing commercial models, principles, values, behaviours, project objectives and governance
- Explain the roles within an Alliance, team and structures required
- Provide access to the Alliancing Best Practice toolkit and know when to use it
This course will be delivered as 1 x 150min module.
