Thank you for 2019

We are at the end of another very busy and challenging year for our industry, clients and people. BRS would like to thank all of our valued clients for their support throughout the year.  We are very appreciative of the opportunities to work with you and your teams involved in delivering great outcomes for the community.

We would like to wish all our clients and their families a safe and Merry Christmas. Please take the time to take a break from what has been a very busy year.  We look forward to working closely with you again during the next year.

Please note our office will be closed from Monday 23rd December 2019 to Friday 3rd January 2020.


Highlights

BRS continues to improve and evolve, seeing many highlights during the year. The development of commercial capability of staff has been a focus for BRS throughout the year and BRS have played a pivotal role in providing commerciality capability training across government and the supply chain.  We look forward to seeing this continue in 2020.

Further to this, BRS provided bid coaching and strategy support to many successful bid teams, aiding them in securing large pipelines of work for 2020 and beyond.  This continued through to delivering high performance services on these successful projects which we enjoy.

We look forward to continuing to support our clients in winning more work in 2020.


BRS Team Building

To kick off the end of year celebrations our Adelaide based team headed to complete the Adelaide Oval roof climb offering incredible views of Adelaide. It was a fantastic way to end the year doing a great activity together as a team.

We then followed the roof climb with a lunch celebration which was enjoyed by all.


Implementation and secondment support for our clients

 

2019 has also seen the expansion of the team as we welcomed multiple new associates to build on the diverse range of skills and expertise BRS already offer. In addition to the strategy, bid coaching and advisory services we currently offer usually in a workshop format, we are working more with clients to provide secondment and implementation services to deliver what has been promised. This has been in a range of areas which includes strategic priority projects, risk implementation support, bid tendering support along with many other areas where clients need an extra resource to get things done.
