Newsletter December 2017

Wrapping up the year

It has been a very busy, challenging and rewarding year for our clients and BRS as we looked to deliver outstanding projects and organisational outcomes in 2017.

We are fortunate to have a very good pipeline of work in the infrastructure industry in Australia and New Zealand which continues to grow as our clients recognise the importance of improving the non-technical side of infrastructure.  Infrastructure requires teams who are made up of people.  People require the opportunity to learn, grow and improve.  This is fundamentally critical to continue to deliver on the backlog of infrastructure projects that are happening in 2018.

We look forward to continuing to work with our clients in 2018 in this capacity.

A Game Changing Year in 2018

The team at BRS has been quietly working in the background on our game changing coaching program that is being launched in 2018.

This is a program that is unlike no other that we have undertaken in our eight years. We believe it will be transformational to the industry in building the capability and capacity of leaders who lead by example in our projects, organisations and client businesses over the next five years.

From a personal perspective, we know Kym is very excited about this program as this will be his primary focus as he looks to work with the collaborative and game changing leaders in 2018 through personal coaching and workshops scheduled throughout the year.

We are delighted to launch our Game Changers in Infrastructure Program which you can find more details on the link below.

This link works through an overview of the program, who it is for, why it is such an exciting program and many other questions you may have. It is a program that will focus heavily on bringing the most collaborative and game changing leaders in infrastructure across Australasia together in the same room quarterly to equip them with the skills and knowledge to learn, grow and develop directly benefiting everyone in our industry.

Stay tuned for more information about this program in early 2018 as we look to build it in to an outstanding experience for all our participants. This will include a series of blogs, topics that will be a focus of the first quarter workshop as well as testimonials from clients who have benefited from personal coaching from BRS in the past.

We would be delighted to talk further about its relevance for you and your game changing leaders in your organisation.  Please contact one of our team members on +61 8 8212 5752 if you would like to discuss our Game Changers in Infrastructure program in more detail.
