Whyalla City Council required a review of their infrastructure and depot operations. This included organisation structure, people and processes focused on identifying efficiencies and cost savings that ensured they are delivering value for money outcomes for the community.

Why they approached us

Whyalla City Council approached BRS to undertake a review of the infrastructure and depot operations to ensure they were well positioned to deliver value for money services to their community.  This was driven by the need to ensure their Council could continue to deliver services efficiently and effectively.

Further, there was a need to review staff, positions and organisation structure to enable clear role clarity, decision making and authority that enabled the organisation to develop a constructive culture within the infrastructure and depot operations. This was important in ensuring any future direction aligned to the strategy and vision of Whyalla City Council.
