As the year is coming to a close, it is a great time to pause and reflect on the year behind us and celebrate our achievements. It is also crucial heading into the new year to ensure that time is taken to re-visit personal and organisational strategic plans, update them and ensure that they align to what we want and need to achieve, setting us up for success. Not only does it make us effectively align on our vision going forward, it is exciting and motivating to look at what we will make happen! We thought that this would be a great opportunity for our team to share some of our personal goals for 2015. We hope your find some inspiration from them and encourage you to set your own.

Kym Williams – Director
GOAL: My number one priority is to place the oxygen mask on myself in 2015.  Setting up a small business and having a busy family has meant I have tended to neglect myself in terms of fitness and health.    I will be focussed on improving my personal health through a combination of reaching my goal weight, improving my diet and increasing my fitness activity levels.
TARGET: Riding to work two times a week, walking three times a week in the morning and BMI<25 by the end of 2015.

Nicole Williams – Director
GOAL: My youngest child will be commencing school in July and my goal for 2015 is to work more on our businesses during the day and less in the evening. With the intent to have some more ‘me time’ to go for a swim, walk along the beach or spend time doing something for me.
TARGET: 75% of my hours to be completed on work activities during the day.

Erin Petrys – Consultant
GOAL: Well, 2015 is set to be a big one for myself with a baby on the way, so I guess one of my goals will be to let go of another baby (BRS!) for a little while so I can focus my attention on my family. I’m notorious at taking on more than I should, so I’ll be learning to slow down and continuing to practice saying no gracefully. Before I go though, I’ll be helping develop others in the team and continuing to coach and work with our amazing clients on their own journey towards high performance.
TARGET: Enjoy a different way of life!  New addition to the family.

Kelly Graham-Sutton – Project Coordinator
GOAL: I’m thrilled to be joining the team at BRS and plan on spending my energy in 2015 on growth – both in my own personal development, and my contribution to the business. I look forward to meeting and working with our clients, understanding the BRS, easyconsult and easygovernment offerings, and challenging myself to work smarter, not harder.
TARGET: To be an integral part of the BRS team embedding specific individual high performance habits.

Louise Herdegen – Systems Administration
GOAL: Now that we have the initial setup of easyconsult and easygovernment under control I would like to build on the automation, improve member experiences and continue to assist the marketing initiatives to promote these innovative coaching programs.
TARGET: Maintain existing members and increase membership numbers.

Kim Tran – Consultant
GOAL: One of my biggest goals for next year is to say no to activities that do not truly support or inspire me or do not advance me personally or professionally. Being naturally extroverted and curious has meant that 2014 has seen me say yes to more activities than I sometimes reasonably have time for, leaving me feeling drained and with little time for things and people that are truly important to me. I will be focussed on prioritising my activities to ensure that I only say yes to those things that will truly add value to my life.
TARGET: At least 4 nights at home a week with family.

Sarah Edson – Marketing Coordinator
GOAL: One of my goals for 2015 is to be an ‘outside cat’ more often and continue to look for opportunities to network. I want to continue to branch out my networks, establish new relationships both in my field of expertise (Marketing) and also with people who I feel will benefit greatly from the easyconsult coaching program. I also want to continue nurturing my current relationships including our existing easyconsult members and clients.
TARGET:  Attendance at 2 industry events a month and 100 more Linkedin contacts! If you’d like, connect with me today.
